Hi, I’m Christian, your birth doula!

I’m a birth doula serving Middle Tennessee, and I’m passionate about supporting women as they prepare for one of the most important days of their lives.

My role is to walk alongside you through pregnancy and labor so you feel supported, informed, and never alone in your birth. I provide steady, continuous support, helping you understand your options, stay grounded during labor, and feel confident in the decisions you make along the way.

I’ve been told I have a calming presence, and that’s something I bring into every birth. Whether you’re planning a hospital or home birth, I’m there to support you, your partner, and the experience you want for your baby’s arrival.

Free Consultation

We’ll start with a free consultation to connect, talk through your birth preferences, and make sure I’m the right fit for your support team.

Prenatal Support

I offer three prenatal visits designed to prepare you for labor and birth. During these visits, we’ll talk through the stages of labor, your preferences, explore comfort measures, and help you feel informed and confident going into your birth.

Labor & Birth Support

I provide continuous, in-person support throughout your labor and delivery. Whether at home or in the hospital, I’m there to support you physically and emotionally, help you stay grounded, and guide you through decisions as they come up.

Postpartum Follow-Up

I offer one in-home postpartum follow-up where we can process your birth experience, check in on recovery, and support your transition into those early days with your baby.

Ongoing Support

From the time you hire me through early postpartum, I’m available for call and text support so you always have someone to reach out to.

Investment

Birth doula support is a $1,500 investment.
